Return and Replacement Policy
No Return Policy
At Alchemizt Interior Decor LLC, we uphold a strict no-return policy for all products sold. Once a product has been delivered and accepted, returns are not permitted, except as outlined under eligible replacement conditions below.
This policy complies with the provisions of Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection and the UAE Ministry of Economy guidelines, which allow businesses to set clear return/replacement terms provided they do not contradict basic consumer rights (e.g., warranty, quality, misrepresentation, and damage liability).
Eligible Reasons for Replacement
Customers may request a replacement only in the following cases:
- Wrong Item Delivered
You received a product in the wrong size, color, or model than what was originally ordered. - Damaged During Delivery
The item was delivered in a damaged condition, and the issue was reported within 24 hours of receipt. - Product Significantly Not As Described
The item received is substantially different from its description on our website, catalog, or invoice.
Please note: Minor color variations due to screen settings or natural product material characteristics (e.g., pla colour variant, marble veining) are not considered valid reasons for replacement.
Replacement Procedure
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

Submit the Following Details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and defect/damage
Inspection and Decision:
- Upon receiving your complaint, our team will verify the claim.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement within 7-14 business days.
Non-Replacement Cases
Replacement will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Customer changed mind after receiving the product.
- Damage caused due to improper handling or misuse after delivery.
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).
- Requests submitted after the allowed reporting window.
